In the face of fierce competition from other brands, Anchor wanted to gauge how the introduction of a newly formulated low fat flavoured milk line would reposition its milk products in the local market.

A sensory experience was conducted by Pasifika to investigate consumer preference for the low fat formulation, determine the overall liking of the new product and establish if it had a place in the market.

The sensory feedback & results were collated and presented to Anchor to help with their product development plans.
