Pasifika Communications is contracted by the European Union (EU) to manage the EU Strategic Visibility Campaign – a 2.5-year multimedia initiative aimed at raising public awareness of the EU’s development partnerships across the Pacific.

The campaign delivers monthly social media features, each spotlighting a different EU-funded initiative in areas such as climate resilience, education, infrastructure, energy, and digital transformation showcasing real community impact across the region.

As part of the campaign, Pasifika Communications organized and executed the EU 5KM Walk for Climate Change, a major public event celebrating community action and environmental awareness.

Registrations were managed through TicketMax, with participants receiving custom-branded tote bags, T-shirts, and water bottles. The walk was promoted across social media, radio, and print, with banners and flexis installed along the route for maximum visibility.

The event began at Paradiso Restaurant, where our team managed registration, logistics, and a midpoint water station. It was a full-team effort, with the EU Pasifika Team supported by additional Pasifika Communications staff. Our videographer, photographer, and social media creator provided live event coverage, and media outlets were engaged for extended visibility.

The walk brought together people of all ages and backgrounds, uniting the community in support of climate action while strengthening the EU’s presence and engagement across the Pacific.
