Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) Communication Strategy

The Forum Fisheries Agency is a regional organisation that wanted to improve its visibility and effectiveness. To accomplish this, Pasifika first conducted a short regional KAP market research survey to determine the perceptions of stakeholders about the organisation. The survey’s results instructed the creation of a wide-ranging Communication Strategy and Action Plan to roll out the various communication channels required to enable FFA to be perceived as the region’s pre-eminent fisheries organisation.
