GFI – Kool Shake Sensory

In collaboration with Goodman Fielder, we launched a product survey to gain in-depth insights and feedback. We conducted a comprehensive sensory survey, targeting a varied audience (12-17, 18-25, 26-34, 35-40, over 40), to assess the taste, texture, packaging, package size and flavours of Kool Shake ice blocks.

Engaging 100 participants, our survey was a resounding success. Orchestrating behind the scenes, we meticulously managed the process, ensuring a smooth operation. Participants were divided into groups of 5-6, and were given 30 minutes for tasting and sharing their impressions. Following the survey, we compiled and presented the gathered insights in a report to our client, enabling them to make informed decisions on packaging and product flavour.
