As a leading food manufacturing company in Fiji and the Pacific, Goodman Fielder provides customers with trusted food brands. With plans to expand its protein-based product range, Pasifika was engaged to conduct a sensory survey for new product development – Country Kitchen Lamb Sausages.
The objective of the sensory was to evaluate consumer feedback on the overall taste, texture, flavour and consistency of the new meat product.
As a result of this sensory survey, we were able to successfully help our client analyse reactions to the new sausage product and create marketing materials that helped launch the product into the market.
