Pasifika Communications was commissioned by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) to produce a comprehensive series of 42 animated and live-action videos over a two-year period for the PacWaste Plus (PWP) project.

The videos, ranging from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, were designed to raise regional awareness on sustainable waste management, highlight country-specific initiatives, and communicate key messages on environmental protection and circular economy practices across the Pacific.

Our team managed the full production pipeline, including scripting, storyboarding, Pacific-themed illustration, animation, editing, voiceovers, and music production. Given the project scale, production was maintained at 2–3 videos per month. Towards the end of the campaign, additional freelance editors were engaged to support our core team and ensure all deliverables were completed on time and to standard.

This large-scale project demonstrated Pasifika Communications’ capacity to manage multi-country, multilingual campaigns, delivering creative, culturally relevant content that supports SPREP’s mission to reduce waste and protect the Pacific environment.
