The government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) and two statutory bodies wanted to communicate to the people of FSM the social and economic benefits of introducing fibre optic cable and competition into its telecommunication industry.

To accomplish this, Pasifika produced two documentaries to raise awareness of the developments that led to the launch of the FSM Connectivity Project. Both documentaries were filmed in all four of FSM’s states – Chuuk, Pohnpei, Yap and Kosrae with the main goal of capturing the thoughts and ideas of business persons and individuals about the new telecom structure. Project through The World Bank.
