Women in Fisheries – Network Fiji is a non-profit organisation working to strengthen the involvement and improve the conditions of women working in the fisheries sector in Fiji. Pasifika’s photographic team captured the fishing, gathering, cooking and selling practices women in the rural areas of Fiji use. The photographs were used for the organisation’s website as well as for producing print materials. The photography was done in Sawakasa Village in Tailevu and Votua Village in Ba.
